1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We do our best to get your product as soon as possible, but typically 3-5 business days. For our blankets and wall art, we rely on our production partners, who are also doing their best to ship promptly.

2. Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, sorry, we are a small shop and need to keep it simple, so currently only ship items inside of the USA.

3. Do you accept returns?

Since our items are custom made and made only when you order them, there are no returns unless the item is defective in some way. When you fill in the personalization on our order form, please make sure it is correct. We want you to be happy, but if it is your mistake, we cannot afford to re-do it at our expense.

4. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you have a big event or need to order a large amount, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do by offering a bulk order discount.

5. Where are you located?

We are located in Fort Myers, FL USA

6.How do you make your items?

My ornaments are handmade and crafted using a laser cutter/engraving machine. I also make the photo magnets using a special machine.
